Permit a Pavilion

Our park pavilions are a great way to host an event with your friends, your family or coworkers. Surrounded by the South Florida's natural scapes, take part in the many amenities our parks have to offer, from beach volleyball courts, to playgrounds or splash pad. Our pavilions are great for BBQ, birthdays, family gatherings, and much more. Or perhaps you can organize team-building activities for your business. Give us a call to confirm availability.

  • 100 guest capacity
  • 2 barbecue grills
  • Bounce house approved location

Coconut Creek Residents
$200 plus $100 refundable security deposit 

Non-Residents
$250 plus $100 refundable security deposit

  • 30 guest capacity per pavilion

Donaldson Park

  • 25 guest capacity per pavilion
  • 1 barbecue grill
  • No bounce house permitted

Recreation Complex
4455 Sol Press Boulevard

  • 25 guest capacity per pavilion
  • No barbecue grill available
  • No bounce house permitted
  • Weekends only
  • Splash Pad not included

Coconut Creek Residents - $75
Non-Residents - $125

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Permits must be obtained at least 3 days in advance
  • All pavilions must be reserved at the Sabal Pines location
  • All customers must have a government photo issued ID
  • Coconut Creek residents must present 1 proof of residency to obtain the discounted resident rate
