The Utilities and Engineering Department is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality infrastructure services to our community. If you notice an issue with water, sewer, drainage, or streets—such as water main breaks, sewer backups, flooding, drainage concerns, potholes, or roadway hazards — please let us know right away by calling 954-973-6786.
Your prompt report helps us respond quickly, reduce potential disruptions, and keep our neighborhoods running smoothly.
Please note: If the issue involves water or sewer services south of Coconut Creek Parkway, contact the City of Margate as they provide service to that area.
