Two convenient options to open your new water account.

To open a new account, the owner or tenant of the property must have all of the following:

  1. Completed Water Application
  2. Driver's License or ID Card
  3. Copy of Signed Lease Agreement or Signed Closing Settlement Statement
  4. Security Deposit

All new accounts are subject to a $20.00 Open Account Fee in addition to the deposit. [$23 for Parkland]

Option 1: Online

  • STEP 2: Submit your required documents by email to UTB@coconutcreek.gov or fax your documents to 954-973-6754

  • Single Family Homes: $100.00 deposit
  • Mobile Homes: $100.00 deposit
  • Commercial / Multi Family: Deposit dependent on meter size

Additional Deposit Required for Non-Payment Disconnection

An additional deposit of 1 X the original deposit on the account will be required if there are 2 occurrences of service disconnection for non-payment within a six-month period. This additional deposit may be returned by written request from the customer, after a consecutive 12 month period with the account in good standing.

Commercial / Multi-Home
