The City of Coconut Creek Procurement Division is the proud recipient of several prestigious recognitions for excellence in public procurement.

In 2025, the Division was also awarded the “Award for Excellence in Public Procurement” by the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials (FAPPO). This annual award recognizes agencies that meet or exceed benchmarks and best practices in the procurement profession, including innovation, professionalism, e-procurement, productivity, and leadership.

In 2023, the Division received the “Achievement of Excellence in Procurement” from the National Purchasing Institute (NPI).

The Division also earned the prestigious “Outstanding Agency Accreditation Award - OA4” from NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement. This accreditation is an official recognition of excellence in public procurement through the establishment of a body of standards that evidence sound procurement practice.
