During the regularly scheduled Commission Meeting on October 22, 2026, the Coconut Creek City Commission will consider an agreement for building safety inspection services for Fire Station 94 and the Government Center Complex (excluding the Public Works Building). State Representative Christine Hunschofsky will also present a ceremonial check for $550,000 in State Appropriations funding for the City's Northeast Utilities Expansion Project to expand water and wastewater infrastructure north of Hillsboro Boulevard between Lyons Road and NW 39 Avenue.
