The City Commission will hold a Fiscal Year 2027 Budget workshop Thursday at 11:00 AM, followed by the regularly scheduled Commission meeting, rescheduled to 3:30 PM, where the Commission will consider MainStreet workforce home-buyer and rental housing assistance programs, a neighborhood enhancement grant for Country Wood Estates, a special land use application for a pharmacy on Coconut Creek Parkway, and a second reading of an ordinance amending the solid waste and recycling franchise agreement, including reinstatement of curbside recycling.
