The City Commission will hold a special meeting Thursday at 5:30 PM for students awards, followed by the 7:00 PM Commission meeting, where the Commission will consider a neighborhood enhancement grant, recycling collection days, and a proposed earlier start time for the August 13th Commission meeting.
