• A summer day camp program for elementary and middle school students
• Full and weekly camp enrollment options available; no changes permitted once an enrollment option has been selected
• Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis
• Enrollment includes up to 2 field trips per week; all campers in attendance on a field trip day must attend the field trip
• Food/beverage is not included in camp enrollment fee and is not provided
• Additional camp shirts can be purchased for $10 each, while supplies last
• Ages 6 to 13
• Must be born on or between September 1, 2013 and August 31, 2020
• Weekdays – Monday, June 8^th, through Friday, July 31^st 
• No camp on Friday, June 19^th
• 7:30 AM earliest drop-off; 6:00 PM latest pick-up
• Camp Locations:
• North Camp – Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard
• South Camp – Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road

• Coconut Creek resident enrollment option 1 of 2; available at both camps:
• Full 8-week camp enrollment
• Coconut Creek resident 8-week camp enrollment fee is $1,200
• North Camp online ONLY registration for Coconut Creek residents opens Monday, March 9^th, at 6:00 PM and will remain open until full
• Walk-in registration for the North Camp opens Tuesday, March 10^th, at 8:00 AM
• South Camp online ONLY registration for Coconut Creek residents opens Monday, March 16^th, at 6:00 PM and will remain open until full
• Walk-in registration for the South Camp opens Tuesday, March 17^th, at 8:00 AM
• Campers registered for full 8-week camp will receive 2 camp shirts
• Coconut Creek resident enrollment option 2 of 2; available at the South Camp ONLY:
• Weekly camp enrollment
• Coconut Creek resident weekly camp enrollment fee is $180 per week
• $160 per week for the week of June 15^th   
• Online and walk-in registration for Coconut Creek residents weekly camp registration opens Monday, April 13^th, at 8:00 AM and will remain open until full
• Limited availability based on the number of spots remaining after full 8-week camp registration
• Campers registered for less than 4 weeks will receive 1 camp shirt; campers registered for 4 or more weeks will receive 2 camp shirts, while supplies last
• Non-Coconut Creek resident enrollment; if space is available after Coconut Creek resident enrollment:
• Unincorporated Broward County is considered a non-resident of Coconut Creek
• Non-Coconut Creek resident full 8-week camp enrollment fee is $1,455
• Non-Coconut Creek resident weekly camp enrollment fee is $220 per week
• $185 per week for the week of June 15^th
• Weekly camp enrollment option available at the South Camp ONLY

• Online and walk-in registration for non-Coconut Creek residents, for both full and weekly camp options, opens Monday, May 4^th, at 8:00 AM
• Campers registered for less than 4 weeks will receive 1 camp shirt; campers registered for 4 or more weeks will receive 2 camp shirts, while supplies last
• Registration requirements for both online and walk-in:
• Submit completed, signed, and notarized Summer Day Camp registration form with payment in full
• Bring the following items to be visually verified by staff:         
• Identification: current/valid state-issued driver’s license or passport

AND

• Proof of Coconut Creek residency: water bill, cable bill, electric bill, voter registration, yearly lease agreement or renter’s insurance; bills no older than 2 months from date of submission

AND

• Copy of child’s birth certificate
• Credit card payment only

• Online payment methods accepted are Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
• Walk-in payment methods accepted are American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa; includes NFC mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.)

• Refunds will only be considered during the first 3 days following registration, including weekends and holidays
• Register online at CoconutCreek.gov/WebTrac or by walk-in at either camp location
• You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
• Test your online system prior to the start of registration; there will be no computer access or technical assistance at either location for registration
• For help with setting up a WebTrac account, visit either camp location with identification, proof of Coconut Creek residency, and copy of child’s birth certificate
