Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration
The City of Coconut Creek is proud to present another incredible evening filled with rich heritage, powerful tributes, and high-energy performances to commemorate the ending of slavery in the United States and celebrate Juneteenth Freedom Day.
Event Highlights
- Live music by The Motown Experience, a journey that pays loving tribute to the fantastic history of Motown music with the look, moves, and amazing vocal harmonies.
- High-energy STEP performances by Rise with Greatness.
- Powerful and thought-provoking poetry from a Spoken Word artist.
- Lively MC-hosted trivia contest with fun prizes and giveaways.
- The first 100 guests can design and create their own custom Juneteenth t-shirt.
- Food and beverage vendors will be on site.
- All ages welcome.
- Blankets, chairs, and coolers allowed; no pets.
