George S. Gerber Memorial Park

The George S. Gerber Park Playground will close for renovations beginning Monday, October 6. The project is expected to take approximately 6–8 weeks. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

This park was named after former City Commissioner George S. Gerber.  His wife Commissioner Marilyn Gerber, succeeded him after he passed away serving the community for 17 years before retiring in 2013. Gerber has athletic fields for permitting, basketball courts, jogging/walking paths, picnic amenities, playground, restrooms and a sand volleyball court.
