Youth Sport Coach's Incentive
A head coach and/or assistant coach will receive a discount for their coaching responsibilities within one of the Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Athletic League programs. A discount will be provided in a way to show appreciation, and that we value your volunteer participation services in our Youth Athletic Leagues.
Criteria
- Discount valid for 1 head coach and 1 assistant coach
- Discount is only for 1 child per team per sport. Coaching multiple children in different age divisions within one sport qualifies for additional discount
- Coach must attend 80% of games and practices
- Coach must maintain good sportsmanship, solely based on the league coordinator: maintain positivity, refrain from degrading remarks, profanity or unsportsmanlike conduct, no yellow or red cards and no infractions from referees or league coordinators
- Prior to the sport they are coaching, Head Coach and Assistant Coach must attend coach's training and rules presentation held by the Parks & Recreation Staff
- Discount of $50 for head coach and $25 for assistant coach will be applied at the end of the season
