Development Review Committee
ePlan is the City's online application process for projects requiring development review. This process saves time, resources, and improves energy efficiency through a greener business process. Submit applications, plans, and supporting documents directly from your electronic device when most convenient for you.
Contact DRC (Development Review Committee) at drc@coconutcreek.gov or call us at 954-973-6756 to request an application checklist and schedule a Pre-DRC meeting. Pre-DRC meetings are required PRIOR to e-Plan submittal.
DRC Online Application
- Pre-DRC Meeting - Meet with the City's Planning staff to discuss proposed project.
- Prepare, organize and sign documents for submittal with required formats and file names.
- Two (2) part online submittal:
- Part 1 - Application - Enter project information via ePlan online application.
- Part 2 - Upload Plans and supporting documents - A file upload link will be emailed to you after completing Part 1.
