During the regularly scheduled meeting on October 23, 2025, the City Commission will consider a consulting agreement to create an economic development and redevelopment strategy to guide future growth and investment in Coconut Creek. The Commission will also consider an agreement with Broward County for sidewalk improvements along Sample Road, an amendment to a lease agreement for a communications tower and related equipment modifications, and an ordinance updating off-duty police detail fees.
