Creek Run Society - Monday Evening Run Session
- Community-based running program designed to help adults stay active, build endurance, and connect through movement
- All paces and experience levels welcome
- Structured sessions including warm-ups, interval training, partner runs, free runs and cool-downs
- Participants should bring their own water
- Each registration comes with a Creek Run Society training shirt
- Ages 18 and older
- Ages 12-17 allowed to participate – must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Mondays, February 9th through May 18th
- No Session on Monday, February 16th
- 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
- First half (Feb 9th – March 30th) held at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard
- Second half (April 6th – May 18th) held at Sabal Pines Park, 5005 NW 39th Ave
- 14 Week Session: $35 for Coconut Creek residents; $45 for non-residents
- To qualify as a Coconut Creek resident, the following must be provided:
- State-issued driver’s license or valid passport for identification
- And one of the following as proof of Coconut Creek residency: valid voter’s registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill
- Bills cannot be more than two months older than the date on which they are submitted as proof of residency
